Our Process

Individual therapy is made up of 50-minute one-on-one sessions. It’s a disclosure and feedback process that allows space for clients to identify their goals and concerns (often related to big transitions in life, anxiety, depression, history of trauma, identity concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, adjustment disorders and relationship conflicts). This kind of clinical intervention tailors goals to your specific concerns.
